Planning and approvals
Up to 60 m² may be possible without a planning permit in most cases, subject to the site’s planning controls. A building permit is still required. Eligibility depends on the property, title, zone, overlays, siting, access, services and other applicable requirements.

Any online range, score, configuration, inclusion or downloadable specification is preliminary and indicative only. It is not a quotation or offer. Final scope and price depend on investigations, design, consultants, approvals, site conditions, selections and the relevant contracts.
Professional roles
Architecture and design may be delivered in partnership with Remmus Architecture. Construction contracts and building work are undertaken by appropriately registered building professionals appointed for the project.
